I design and carry out small and large evaluations and also help organisations embed evaluative thinking by questioning assumptions, weighing evidence, and making sound judgements. Instead of seeing evaluation as a one-off exercise, I enjoy collaborating with teams to develop reflective practices and inquiry skills that transform every experience, including setbacks, into learning opportunities. This leads to sharper decision-making, stronger evidence, and a culture of learning and accountability.
