About

What does it really take to create lasting change?

Donna Loveridge — independent consultant, 25+ years across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas and the Pacific.

That question has driven my work for over 25 years and most mornings, it is what gets me out of bed. Coffee helps too.

I am an independent consultant — part strategic advisor, part evaluator, part facilitator — working across impact strategy, evaluative thinking, and systems change. For more than a decade, I have focused on a question that feels increasingly important: how can business and finance become genuine forces for a more sustainable world?

I work with organisations tackling some of the world’s most complex challenges, from building inclusive markets and addressing poverty to navigating the messy realities of economic, social and environmental transitions. I believe that better thinking, stronger evidence, and more honest reflection can accelerate progress toward a more equitable and sustainable future. Individuals and organisations who are willing to do that work will make the biggest difference.

What sets my work apart is a transdisciplinary approach. Across 25 years I have worked with public, private, and not-for-profit organisations across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Pacific and alongside professionals from health, education, engineering, finance, agriculture, energy, law, and beyond. I connect ideas across sectors and disciplines, looking for the points where real change becomes possible. I help organisations understand the systems they are part of, challenge the assumptions holding them back, and build the capabilities to drive lasting impact.

And my current answer: Think boldly, act wisely, and learn continuously.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, I would love to connect.
